Hurricane Agatha Relief

On May 30th, 2022, Hurricane Agatha hit the Oaxacan Coast, causing disaster in several coastal areas, including Zipolite Beach. Shambhala Visión was severely struck, buildings and infrastructure were critically damaged, and the entire resort was impaired. Fortunately, there were only material losses.

We request your financial or in-kind contribution for the immediate reconstruction of Shambhala, which as been Zipolite Beach’s iconic resort since 1972. Casa de Gloría sincerely requests your loving support to rebuild this magical space that so many of us have been blessed with the opportunity to experience.

Shambhala Visión has served for over 50 years as an extraordinary space––a home away from home. People from across the world have visited us and returned time and time again with their families, their children, and their children’s children. Together, we have built an international family that continues as a legacy.

We have put together a US-based fundraiser that you can now donate to, with 100% of the donations going directly to Shambhala’s reconstruction. Donations to this fundraiser are fully tax-refundable, and eligible for lodging credit at Shambhala. For lodging credit, place the donator’s name, country of origin, and amount donated into the comments section.

Thank you for your support!
